SEBI revamps IPO anchor investor rules; raises reservation to 40%
SEBI has amended rules for anchor investors in IPOs, increasing total reservation to 40% and allowing a maximum of 15 investors for IPOs above Rs 250 crore. The regulator aims to attract long-term institutional investors such as mutual funds, insurance companies, and pension funds. The new framework would come into force from November 30 and aims to broaden participation in IPOs.
