Government approves Export Promotion Mission with outlay of Rs 25,060 crore for six years
The Indian government has approved a Rs 25,060 crore Export Promotion Mission to help exporters facing US tariffs. The mission will have two sub-schemes and will prioritize sectors affected by global tariff hikes. It aims to improve trade finance, export readiness, and market access through a digital platform managed by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
