Yamaha Motor India has sweetened the deal on the MT-03 by cutting its price by Rs 1.10 lakh. Starting February 1, the naked motorcycle will be priced at Rs 3.49 lakh, ex-showroom, and this will be its new regular price. The MT-03 now competes directly with the KTM Duke 390 and the BMW G 310 R in the premium naked bike segment.
Yamaha MT-03: Price Check
The Yamaha MT-03 has always been known for its strong road presence and solid performance. However, its steep price tag of Rs 4.60 lakh, ex-showroom, made it less accessible. The high cost was due to the MT-03 being imported via the completely built-up (CBU) route. With the recent price cut, the MT-03 is now available for Rs 3.49 lakh, ex-showroom, making it more competitive with its rival, the KTM 390 Duke, which starts at Rs 3.13 lakh, ex-showroom in Delhi.
Motorcycle | Price (Ex-Showroom) |
Yamaha MT-03 | Rs 3.49 lakh |
KTM 390 Duke | Rs 3.13 lakh |
BMW G 310 R | Rs 2.90 lakh |
