Yamaha MT-09
MT-09 is Yamaha’s naked streetfighter in the 900cc segment with a compact and lightweight body. It powered by an 847cc inline 3 engine with a DOHC and 4 valves per cylinder. It produces 115 PS of power and 87.5 Nm of torque. The headlight assembly is compact and angular while the fuel tank is curvy with good knee recesses. The tail section is minuscule with an almost flat seat for the rider and the pillion. The front suspension comprises of upside-down forks and a monoshock at the back on an asymmetric swing-arm. There’s traction control and ABS as standard.

Yamaha MT-09 Braking and Safety
The MT-09 gets its braking from a pair of 298 mm discs at the front, while there’s a single 245 mm disc at the back. Braking performance is excellent along with the assurance of ABS. It also comes equipped with traction control.

Yamaha MT-09 Mileage
The MT-09 is a performance motorcycle, however, it is not known to deliver disappointing fuel efficiency figures. The fuel tank has a capacity 14 litres.
