Honda Elevate price hike starts at Rs 11.91 lakh

With a price hike of up to Rs 40,000 based on the variant, this is the second time Honda has increased the Elevate’s price since its debut.

Honda has increased the price of the Elevate, as it now starts at Rs 11.91 lakh, ex-showroom. Earlier, the entry-level trim, the SV, used to cost Rs 11.58 lakh. Recently, the Japanese automobile manufacturer has also updated the safety features list by making it standard across both the City and the Elevate.

Honda Elevate: New Prices

The Elevate was launched in September 2023 and still continues to be one of the most value-for-money mid-size SUVs, despite the latest price increase. The variants that received the maximum price hike of Rs 40,000 are the V manual and VX manual, which now cost Rs 12.71 lakh and Rs 14.10 lakh, respectively, ex-showroom Delhi. Following is a list of the entire new price versus the old one. The Elevate is available in four variants: SV, V, VX, and ZX.

Honda Elevate: Additional safety features

The Elevate now comes standard with a slew of safety features, including six airbags, including the entry—and mid-level trims like SV, V, and VX. Apart from this, the mid-size SUV gets 3-point emergency locking retractor (ELR) seatbelts along with adjustable head restraints for all five seats and rear seat belt reminders. The Elevate comes with additional functions like both the driver and front passenger sunvisor get a vanity mirror with light, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and new silver-coloured air conditioning and climate control knobs.

Honda Elevate: Powertrain

The Elevate is only available with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine. It produces 119 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. It is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-step CVT automatic. According to Honda, the manual returns 15.31 kmpl and the CVT 16.92 kmpl.

In the packed midsize SUV segment, the Elevate goes up against the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, MG Astor, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Skoda Kushaq, and the Volkswagen Taigun.
