TVS Motor has introduced a ’24/7 Road Side Assistance Program’ for its customers. In the initial phase, the company will launch the program across 70 cities in the country and in next phase, it will cover 200 cities by October 2016. The road side assistance program aims to provide solution for a wide range of problems faced by the customers. The services include spare key pick up, fuel delivery and on-site repair of damaged parts. Along with this, in other cases the customer can avail services like cab arrangement, towing of vehicles and accident assistance. The program includes old and new TVS two-wheelers, which are under warranty.

On launch of this initiative, JS Srinivasan – Vice President Sales & Service, TVS Motor Company said: “As a Company, we constantly strive to meet the evolving needs of the two-wheeler customer with our products and also boost their overall ownership experience. With more than 3,500 dealer touch points, we are confident of extending a 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program, which will cater to the consumer’s immediate requirements and also help them overcome any issue on the road. At TVS Motor Company, we pride ourselves on “listening” to our customers and we have emerged as top rankers in globally benchmarked platforms like JD power customer satisfaction survey. We believe this initiative is a step forward to strengthen the confidence and faith bestowed on us by our consumers.”
For consumer awareness about this initiative, the company dealers will organise programs across the country. The Road Side Program is expected to spread out across the country by March 2017.
