Bajaj Auto created a revolution earlier in July this year when the company launched the world’s first ever CNG two-wheeler in the form of Freedom. The 125cc commuter motorcycle was launched at a starting price of Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). Less than 6 months after its launch, Bajaj has announced a price cut on the Freedom 125.
The Freedom 125 is offered in three variants: Drum, Drum LED, and Disc LED. The base Drum variant of Freedom 125 now costs Rs 89,997 which is Rs 5,000 less than the original price. The mid-spec DRum LED variant is now Rs 10,000 more affordable and priced at Rs 95,002. On the other hand, price of the top-sec Disc LED variant remains unchanged at Rs 1.10 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).

Bajaj Freedom: Specs & Features
Powering the Bajaj Freedom 125 is a 125cc single-cylinder engine which can run on both petrol and CNG. The CNG tank is neatly placed under the seat. The engine pushes out 9.5 PS and 9.7 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are carried out by a 5-speed gearbox. The base variant features a drum brake on both wheels, while the higher-end models boast a front disc brake for better stopping power.
The top two trims offer LED headlights. It gets a 2-litre CNG tank which is neatly integrated beneath the seat for optimal weight distribution. A conventional 2-litre petrol tank sits above the CNG tank, offering riders the flexibility to choose their fuel. There are seven colour options offered with namely Carribean Blue, Pewter Grey/Black, Cyber White, Ebony Black/Grey, Racing Red, Cyber White, Pewter Grey/Yellow, and Ebony Black/Red.
