Italian premium motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta today unveiled the MY2021 Superveloce middleweight supersport lineup which has now been added with a new S variant with a new paint job and tubeless tyres.

While the standard variants get two colour options – Pearl Metallic Yellow with Matte Metallic Graphite and Ago red with Ago Silver, the S variant will come in Surreal White with Matte Gold. Besides the new colour scheme, the Superveloce S will also get the option of a Racing Kit which includes and aftermarket exhaust and a pillion seat cowl.

The 2021 Superveloce will be powered by the same 798cc inline three-cylinder 12-valve engine that makes 145 hp at 13,000 rpm and 88 Nm at 10,100 rpm and is paired with a six-speed gearbox. It also gets a bi-directional quickshifter as standard. It is capable of a top speed of 240 km/h.

Equipment on both the models is the same with 43 mm Matzocchi upside down forks up front and a Sachs monoshock at the rear, dual 320 mm discs at the front and a single 220 mm rotor at the rear with Brembo callipers at both ends.

Both models get full-LED lighting and a 5.5-inch colour TFT display which is Bluetooth compatible. The 2021 MV Agusta Superveloce has been priced at EUR 20,700 (approximately Rs 18.29 lakh) for the standard variant and EUR 23,600 (approximately Rs 20.84 lakh).
