BMW India launched a special edition X7 ahead of the festive season which promises to add more glamour and glitter. The locally produced X7 Signature is priced at Rs 1.31 crore and is available in limited units. The souped-up SUV can exclusively be booked on BMW’s official website.
BMW X7 Signature: What’s new?
The design of the X7 may be larger than life and over the top for many, but it certainly has a standout road presence. The massive kidney grille is now complimented with exclusive crystal headlamps from Swarovski glass cut crystals which create a unique illumination. The X7 continues to boast muscular character lines which are further enhanced with new aluminium Satinated roof rail and other exterior components like the lower panel of the doors. The front grille gets a silver finish along with the window sill and ORVMs. It is available in two colours — Tanzanite Blue and Dravit Grey.
BMW X7 Signature: Interiors
The interiors sport a dual-tone colour combination while the dashboard gets multiple panels including a chrome finish metal strip running in front of the AC vents to the instrument cluster. It comes with a twin curved 12.3-inch infotainment system along with a 14.9-inch driver’s console with a head-up display. The X7 Signature version has a panoramic sunroof, crystal door pins inside the SUV, cushions in Alcantra and second-row captain seats in Merino leather upholstery. It gets a premium 16 speakers Harmon Kardon music system.
BMW X7 Signature: Engine
The X7 Signature is powered by a 3-litre 6-cylinder in-line petrol engine that produces an output of 376 bhp and torque of 520 Nm at 1,800 – 5,000 rpm. According to BMW, the SUV accelerates from 0 -100 kmph in m 5.8 seconds. Additionally, the engine features a 48V Electrical Motor with a power output of 12 hp and torque output of 200 Nm.

The X7 Signature is based on an all-wheel drivetrain. It has traction control, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control and adaptive air that automatically adjusts the height of the SUV according to the driving conditions.
