Top five best-selling two-wheeler brands in February 2025 — Honda leads charge

Two-wheeler sales in February 2025 see Honda lead the game, while three out of five brands have seen YoY sales decline.

Two-wheeler sales, with the top five best-selling brands, have seen a decline, with four out of the top five. Honda takes the lead in February 2025 in domestic two-wheeler sales by a decent margin compared to Hero. However, all the top four best-selling two-wheeler makers have seen a decline in YoY sales, apart from Royal Enfield.

Honda’s updates to various vehicles, including the Activa, new Hornet, and others have helped Honda claim the top position in February 2025. The two-wheeler maker sold 3,83,918 units. Can Honda hold on to the top spot in March as well? Let’s watch.

Hero MotoCorp

Hero has lost its lead in February 2025, having sold 3,57,296 units as compared to selling 4,45,095 units in February 2024. However, with a slew of new launches, including the new Xtreme 250 and the Xpulse 210, Hero will put the pressure on Honda this month.

TVS

TVS sits comfortably in third, having sold 2,76,072 units. In comparison, TVS sold 2,67,502 units in February 2024. For TVS, the Jupiter is the best-selling product and with the recent update, it is more appealing to youngsters and families alike. In the motorcycle segment, the battle continues with Hero, Honda, and Bajaj.

Speaking of Bajaj, the Pune-based two-wheeler maker sits in fourth. Bajaj’s multiple Pulsars helped in sales, while the Chetak leads the EV segment in sales. With multiple sub-500cc machines under the Bajaj tag, Triumph, and KTM names, the two-wheeler maker is making a splash in the international markets as well.

Royal Enfield

Rounding off the list is Royal Enfield in fifth. The Channai-based two-wheeler maker is the only other brand on this list to post a positive YoY growth, after TVS. Royal Enfield sold 80,799 units last month, registering a growth of 18.9 percent.
