The new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V gets minor updates and TVS is also celebrating 20 years of the brand. That said, the update has rekindled the competition between the Hosur-based manufacturer and KTM, which has the potent 200 Duke, which helped the brand establish itself in India.

The new TVS Apache RTR 4V sees no changes in design, and it carries forward the familiar aggressive design language with sharp tank shrouds and an angular headlight. It retails the side-mounted exhaust, which is rare for street motorcycles these days.
The Apache gets USD forks – which was one of the updates for 2025 – a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch alloy wheels, a digital instrument cluster with phone connectivity, ride modes, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, and LED lighting all around.

The KTM 200 Duke’s design is familiar now, looking at the 250 and 390. The KTM also gets an aggressive design and sports similar equipment as well, such as USD forks, a monoshock at the rear, 17-inch wheels, dual-channel ABS, and more. A major difference is that the 200 Duke gets a TFT instrument console with phone connectivity.
