2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250 launched at Rs 1.51 lakh — same price as Pulsar N250

The updated Bajaj Pulsar F250 misses out on upside-down front forks which the Pulsar N250 gets.

Bajaj Auto is currently in process of updating its entire Pulsar lineup. Earlier this month, the company launched its biggest Pulsar NS400 Z in the market priced at Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom). Last month, Bajaj launched the updated Pulsar N250 in the market, however, there was no sign of its sibling– the Pulsar F250.

We were of the opinion that the semi-faired quarter-litre roadster may have died a silent death, despite Bajaj claiming production of the bike continues in limited form. It has now come to light that the Pulsar F250 indeed remains alive and has received a much-needed update.

2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250: What’s new?

YouTube vlogger K2K Motovlogs has uploaded a video on his channel showing a quick walkaround of the 2024 Pulsar F250. Although not as comprehensive as its street naked sibling, the updates on the Pulsar F250 are noteworthy. The most significant update is the new fully-digital instrumentation seen in almost every Pulsar today.

This unit comes with Bluetooth connectivity for call and text alerts and turn-by-turn navigation via Bajaj Ride Connect App. It also receives a revised switchgear to toggle through the console’s menu. Further, it gets three ABS modes- Rain, Road and Sport.

In terms of specs, the Pulsar F250 gets some hardware changes in the form of new petal disc brakes at the front and the rear although sizes of the discs remain unchanged at 300mm and 230mm, respectively. Similar to the N250, the updated Pulsar F250 gets a 110-section front and 140-section rear tyre setup, replacing the 110-section front and 130-section rear setup of the previous model

2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250: What’s unchanged?

The design remains the same as its previous iteration, with a semi-faired styling, an aggressive V-shaped LED headlamp cluster, split-seats, stubby twin-barrel exhaust muffler, and a clip-on handlebar. We expect Bajaj to offer the same two colour options— Red and Black with red accents— with the Pulsar F250.

Unlike the updated Pulsar N250, the F250 doesn’t receive golden-coloured upside down front forks which comes as a surprise. Rear suspension features a mono-shock. The 17-inch wheel setup at both ends and its design have remained the same. It also doesn’t receive a ‘250’ body graphics as seen in the updated Pulsar N250.

Powering the Pulsar F250 is the same 249.07cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 24.1 bhp at 8750 rpm and 21.5Nm at 6,500rpm. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox.

2024 Bajaj Pulsar F250: Price

It should be noted that Bajaj hasn’t officially announced the launch of the updated Pulsar F250. The report is based on the video uploaded by K2K Motovlogs with the units arriving in Bajaj dealership. Hence, the official price isn’t mentioned in Bajaj’s website yet. However, the vlogger claims that the Pulsar priced at Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom), which is similar to its naked sibling.
