All variants of the Fiat Punto Pure are offered with body coloured front and rear bumpers, black door handles and rear fog lamps. It measures 3,987 mm in length, 1,687 mm in width, 1,495 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,510 mm. The ground clearance of the Fiat Punto Pure is 195 mm and the fuel tank capacity is 45 litres. It is available in three colour options, Bossanova White, HipHop Black and Exotica Red. Since the hatchback is available only in two variants, a petrol engine powered and a diesel engine powered, both get Follow me Headlamps and 14 inch steel rims with 165/80 section tyres. No version of the Fiat Punto Pure is available with alloy wheels.
The Fiat Punto Pure is offered with a manual AC unit, tilt steering, front and rear power windows as well as a 12 volt charging socket. In addition, the premium hatchback also gets rear folding seats, however, it is not a 60:40 split unit. The Fiat Punto Pure also has height adjustable front head restraints and fixed rear head restraints. The Driver Information System has a digital clock, digital tripmeter, digital odometer, distance-to-empty indicator, programmable speed limit buzzer, programmable service reminder, seat belt warning light, trip calculator and a tachometer.
Powering the Fiat Punto Pure are two engine options, a 1.2 litre FIRE petrol engine and a 1.3 litre Multijet Diesel engine. The 1,172 cc petrol engine genrates 67 hp of power at 6,000 rpm and 96 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm. This engine is an eight valve, SOHC (Single Over Head Cam) unit. The 1,248 cc diesel engine produces 77 hp of power at 4,000 rpm and 197 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm and this engine is a 16 valve DOHC (Dual Over Head Cam) unit.
Both engines of the Fiat Punto Pure are paired to a 5 speed manual transmission. There is no option of an automatic transmission in the two variants offered in the premium hatchback. There is a dead pedal which is also offered besides the clutch for resting the left foot while not changing gears.
The Fiat Punto Pure is offered with an immobiliser, double crank prevention system, Fire Prevention System, door ajar warning and a metal back behind the rear seat. Additional safety features such as airbags or ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) with EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) are not offered in any of the variants.
The claimed mileage of the Fiat Punto Pure in its petrol variant is 15.7 kmpl and 20.3 kmpl in its diesel variant. These fuel efficiency figures are acceptable for its segment and are in accordance with the test results of Rule 115 of CMVR (Central Motor Vehicle Rules).
