The Speed T4 is the most-affordable motorcycle in the Triumph lineup, costing Rs 2.17 lakh, ex-shwroom.
-
The motorcycle retains the overall design as the Speeed 400, but with some changes.
-
The biggest change is the suspension system, which is a telescopic unit instead of a USD unit found in the Sped 400.
-
The round LED headlight is retained, with the same attention to detail.
-
The speedo console is also the same unit, but the T4 misses out on Traction Control to save costs.
-
The exhaust is now tweaked to make it sound more throatier.
-
The motorcycle retains the dual-channel ABS system.
-
The engine is also the same 399cc unit, but is detuned to make 30bhp. The rear also gets a smaller sprocket to offer more torque at lower rpms.
-
It’s primary rival will be the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 in the segment.
