Having featured so many custom-built motorcycles on our website, it did get us wondering why was it that we never came across one based on the steampunk era. Looks like our prayers have been answered. This Royal Enfield Bullet 500 built by GDesign is a broad tracker with steampunk-ish elements and to say the least, the black and gold paint theme is working wonders for it. (Source: BikeExif)

This modified Royal Enfield Bullet has plenty of handcrafted pieces, like its split fuel tank that holds electronics in one half and fuel in the other, along with the aluminum wings that it adorns and the winged fuel cap, and the speedo and the amp meter that are embedded up top.

Giacomo was going to use aftermarket front forks from India-specific Bullet, but they turned out to be poorly made and rickety. So he pulled them apart to weld, strengthen and rebuild them. There’s a ton of detailing work on this board tracker—from the subtle split in the repurposed Kawasaki rear fender, to the etching on the velocity stack.

GDesign went for the swept-back bars, leather-wrapped grips and reverse levers and sprung solo saddle completing the classic broad tracker look. The black and gold paint job might work for you or it might not but one's things for sure, Giacomo Galbiati gave his full attention to this build spending six months in the garage.

A 2008 Royal Enfield 500 Bullet boardtracker with steampunk style, but it looks as though it belongs to the early 1900s. "My goal is always to create something never seen on the specific model I'm working on. I wanted to give it more lightness and a classic years appearance, where the man/machine symbiosis was one."
