Bajaj has launched the Chetak 3201 special edition electric scooter on Amazon. The scooter will be exclusively available on the e-commerce site till the end of August. The Chetak 3201 special edition is priced at Rs 1.28 lakh ex-showroom and is also eligible for the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS) subsidy.
The new Bajaj Chetak 3201 gets a few additional touches to make it stand out from the rest of the Chetak lineup, such as tone-on-tone embossed decals and quilted seats.
Apart from the minor changes, the special edition is identical in design to the Chetak Urbane/3202 and Chetak 2901 models.
Other bits such as the battery pack with a 136km range are carried forward, along with Bluetooth connectivity, the Chetak App, a colour TFT instrument cluster, and an auto hazard light.
The Bajaj Chetak’s primary competition in the Indian market are the TVS iQube and the Ather Rizta, while the Ola models and other electric scooters also compete with the Chetak.
