Nissan Motor India expanded its network expansion strategy with the launch of five new customer touchpoints in Rajasthan. This move strengthens its presence in key regional markets and takes its total number of customer touchpoints across India to 283. The newly inaugurated facilities are spread across Jaipur, Udaipur, and Ajmer, reflecting the brand’s commitment to customer accessibility and premium service experiences.

The expansion includes a new showroom and a state-of-the-art service workshop in Jaipur, a comprehensive 3S facility (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) in Udaipur, and a brand-new showroom in Ajmer. These centres were inaugurated by Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, and are staffed with trained professionals to deliver a seamless customer experience. With this, Nissan’s network in Rajasthan grows to 19 customer touchpoints, including four in Jaipur, two in Udaipur, and two in Ajmer. This is part of Nissan’s plan to expand its customer touchpoints in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Expanding customer service

Each facility has been built to offer best-in-class services. The Jaipur showroom covers 4,000 sq. ft., while the adjoining service centre spans 20,000 sq. ft., both located on Gopalpura Bypass. Udaipur’s integrated 3S facility offers 10,000 sq. ft. of space and is located near Celebration Mall, ensuring convenience for local customers. Ajmer’s 4,000 sq. ft. showroom further boosts Nissan’s visibility and accessibility in Rajasthan.

The network expansion coincides with Nissan’s broader growth strategy in India, which includes the recent introduction of a government-approved CNG retrofitment kit for the Nissan Magnite. Manufactured by Motozen and priced at Rs 74,999, this kit supports the company’s sustainability goals and will be rolled out in Rajasthan in the second phase.

The Magnite continues to be a cornerstone of Nissan’s India operations, with its SUV design, 55+ safety features, and over 20 best-in-segment features. In FY 2024-25, Nissan recorded consolidated sales of over 99,000 units, the highest in seven years. With 28,000+ domestic units sold and exports expanding to over 65 countries, India is emerging as a significant global hub for Nissan.
