MG Motor will soon launch the first model under its MG Select programme — Cyberster. The fully-electric roadster was showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year. Along with the Cyberster, MG will also launch the M9 electric MPV as part of the MG Select module. And like the all-electric roadster, the M9 will also be a fully-imported CBU model.
The company started accepting pre-bookings for the battery-powered luxury MPV at a token amount of Rs 51,000 via the MG Select website earlier in March this year. MG Motor has now shared images of the M9’s interiors which highlight the vehicle’s opulence. Brimming with features and comfort, the MG will market the M9 as “The Presidential Limousine”.
MG M9 interiors revealed
The biggest highlight of the MG M9 inside the cabin are the Presidential Seats which come with 16-way adjustment, eight massage settings, ventilation and heating. The M9 offers a three-row setup with a configuration for seven seats. The second row consists of reclining seats equipped with massage functions.
The cabin of M9 features dual-tone interiors in either pure black or cognac brown, designed to deliver an “iconic experience. Novel amenities on offer include a massive dual Yacht-style panoramic sunroof, a 64-color ambient lighting system, a 3-zone climate control, and an immersive 12- speaker sound system.
Other key features offered in the M9 include a 6-way power-adjustable seats, a 4-way adjustable steering wheel, plush leather upholstery, two USB ports, and seamless connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Voice command functionality enhances convenience, while the retractable roof opens or closes in just 15 seconds.

The new MG M9 e-MPV will be available in three colour options: Cardiff Black, Mystic Grey, and Luminous White. In terms of dimensions, this luxury electric MPV measures 5,270mm in length, 2,000mm in width, 1,840mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 3,200mm.
The MG M9 will be equipped with a 90 kWh battery pack that powers an electric motor producing 240 hp and 350 Nm of peak torque. Featuring a front-wheel-drive setup, it offers a claimed range of 430 km on a single charge. The battery supports fast charging, allowing it to recharge from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes using a 120 kW DC charger.
