Hyundai shakes up i20 lineup: New Executive Magna launched at Rs 7.51 lakh

The Hyundai i20 Magna variant now comes with an iVT automatic transmission option, while the Sportz (O) variant is upgraded with a premium Bose 7-speaker sound system.

Hyundai has updated its 2025 i20 lineup by launching the new Executive Magna variant at Rs 7.51 lakh, ex-showroom. Hyundai is focused on bringing additional value-for-money features in the premium hatchback segment at a competitive price. The new variant is slotted between the Era and the Magna trims. Apart from this, Hyundai has also increased the equipment level from mid-level variants onwards, starting from the Magna. 

Hyundai i20 Executive Magna: Features

The new Executive Magna comes standard with safety features, including six airbags, Electronic stability control (ESC), Vehicle stability management control (VSM), and Hill-start assist control (HAC). Apart from this, it has 15-inch wheels with covers, a digital instrument cluster with TFT multi-information display and a tyre pressure monitoring system. 

Hyundai updates i20 Magna and Sportz trims

The Magna gets one of the most popular features in the market, a sunroof. Apart from this, the variant now comes with an automatic iVT (CVT) transmission. Further enhancing the Hyundai i20 range, the Sportz (O) variant now comes equipped with a Smart Key with push button start, electric sunroof, Bose 7 speaker system. As an accessory package, Hyundai is offering a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a rear camera, at Rs 14,999, which comes with a 3-year warranty.

Hyundai i20: Engine Specifications

Hyundai retains the 1.2-litre Kappa naturally aspirated with either a 5-speed manual transmission or IVT automatic. The former has an output of 82 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 114.7 Nm at 4,200 rpm. The automatic has the same torque output but churns out 88 bhp at 6,000 rpm.
