New Mahindra Scorpio N 2025: The wait is nearly over. The new Scorpio N is gearing up to hit the roads, and it’s coming packed with some major upgrades. Here’s what’s new.

It’s been some time coming, but now Mahindra and Mahindra has confirmed the 2025 Scorpio N. The much-awaited updated version of the SUV is expected to be packed with safety features, which the popular Thar Roxx already has. The new updates are expected to include Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The Scorpio N will be the fourth Mahindra vehicle to feature an ADAS suite after the XUV700, 3XO and the Thar Roxx. Mahindra has released a teaser on the official Scorpio social media handle saying — ‘Guess what’s coming … Power always stays on course’. Here is all we know about the updated Scorpio N.

2025 Mahindra Scorpio N: What’s new?

The biggest update expected from the 2025 Scorpion N is that it could be equipped with a Level 2 ADAS feature with around 10 features. By enhancing its safety, the SUV will get state-of-the-art functions like Traffic Signal Recognition, Adaptive Cruise Control, Auto Emergency Braking for cyclists, pedestrians and vehicles, Lane Departure and Lane Assist and much more. The current Scorpio N offers six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Hold Control and Hill Descent Control, ABS & EBD, all four disc brakes, Driver Drowsiness Detection, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, etc.

The 2025 Scorpio N is expected to sport a panoramic roof. Currently, the SUV offers a single-panel sunroof from the mid-range, Z6, onwards. With the new update, the panoramic sunroof could only be available in the top-of-the-line trim, the Z8. The Scorpio N offers a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, connected tech, Alexa-enabled, dash cam, dual-zone climate control and much more.

2025 Mahindra Scorpio N: Engine Specs

The 2025 Scorpio N continues to be powered by the 2-litre turbo petrol and the 2.2-litre diesel engine. The former makes 200 bhp at 5,000 rpm and 370 Nm for the manual and 380 Nm for the automatic. The diesel, on the other hand, produces 172.4 bhp at 3,500 rpm and torque of 370 Nm for manual and 400 Nm for automatic. There is also a detuned diesel version, which produces 130 bhp and 300 Nm and is only available in manual transmission.
