2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250
The 2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 has been launched in India at a price of Rs 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom). This is the second time that Suzuki is going to launch a 250cc motorcycle in the India market. The first one was the Inazuma 250 which frankly, was not able to make its mark in India. The 2019 SF 250 is going to get a 249 cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine. This motor is going to put out 26 bhp of power along with 22.6 Nm of peak torque. The transmission responsibilities are going to be handled by a six-speed gearbox. This 250cc Suzuki is going to compete against the likes of Yamaha Fazer 25, Honda CBR250R and Bajaj Pulsar RS 200. In addition to the Sf 250, Suzuki has also launched the 2019 iteration of the SF 150 in India. It has been priced at Rs 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Gixxer 250 is going to get a conventional telescopic fork up front along with a rear monoshock. It is going to get disk brakes at both the front as well as the rear. Not only this, but there will be dual-channel ABS on offer as well. In terms of features, this bike is going to be pretty loaded. It is going to get a digital instrument cluster, 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, split-seats, clip-on-handle bars, double barrel exhaust along with full-LED headlamps.
