Royal Enfield unveiled the Classic 650 at EICMA 2024 in November last year. The 650cc Classic has been in development for a long time and test mules of the same have been spotted on numerous occasions over the past couple of years. The motorcycle was supposed to launch by the end of this year.

The launch was postponed and now the Chennai-based manufacturer has announced that the Classic 650 will hit the market on 27 March 2025. When launched, it will be the sixth Enfield model in the lineup after Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor, Shotgun, and Bear.

Some dealers across India have already begun accepting unofficial bookings for the Classic 650. This new 650 cc motorcycle shares its mainframe with the Super Meteor and Shotgun 650 while retaining the iconic design of the Classic 350, the company’s most successful model.
