Say ‘Royal Enfield’, and there are two sets of fans, one who are fans of the 350cc range and the other of the company’s modern profile that consists of the 650 series. Royal Enfield is now bridging the gap between the two by introducing the Classic and Bullet with 650cc engines, and the latest to be snapped was the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 being tested in Europe.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Simplicity is the way

The picture reveals that the upcoming Bullet 650 will be simple, following the design language of the 350cc version. The motorcycle features a round headlight, pilot lamps on either side of the headlight, the return of the old headlamp casing, a single-piece seat, and the traditional side boxes.

The motorcycle uses the same front mudguard mount design as the 350cc version while getting the same tail light unit and seat design. Overall, it’s unmistakable, as the Classic 650 gets split seats compared to the Bullet. The foot peg position is below the rider, making it an easy posture for the rider.

Moving on to the equipment seen on the Royal Enfield Bullet 650, the motorcycle gets traditional forks with covers, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, spoke wheels, dual rear shocks, and twin peashooter exhausts.

As for power, the engine is the same unit that powers the other 650cc range like the Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor, and Shotgun. The 46bhp 648cc air-cooled inline twin will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
