Royal Enfield has broken the Hollywood ceiling by debuting in Marvel Studios’ Echo. The Indian manufacturer has joined illustrious motorcycle makers like Triumph, Harley-Davidson and Kawasaki who have been present in show business. The protagonist in Marvel’s new TV series, Alaqua Cox’s favourite mode of transportation is the custom-made mid-size café race.
Marvel Studios Echo: Souped-up Royal Enfield Continental GT
Marvel Studios’ official trailers of Echo reveal that Royal Enfield has customized the Continental GT 650 like the twin-pod instrument cluster that houses the speedometer along with an LCD multi-information screen and an rpm meter that gets a copper finish ring. The standard Continental GT, on the other hand, gets metal finish meters. Even though the company now offers an all-blacked-out engine, alloy wheels and twin exhausts, the Marvel edition Continental GT also sports a gunmetal finish fuel tank and additional copper inserts on the headlight and brake levers. If you take a closer look at the GT in Echo, it comes with a 2-into-1 exhaust and knobby wheels.
