Hero Mavrick 440 vs Triumph Speed T4: Powertrains
The Speed T4 gets a 398.15 cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine which makes 30.6 bhp and 36 Nm of torque. The 6-speed gearbox comes with a torque assist-slipper clutch. According to Triumph, 85 per cent of the torque is available from 2,500 rpm.
The Mavrick 440 is powered by a 440-cc air-cooled engine with an output of 27 bhp and 36 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Both the powertrains are single cylinder. Like the Speed T4, the Mavrick is also ideal for combating start-stop traffic in the city as 90 per cent of the torque is available from 2,000 rpm onwards.

Hero Mavrick 440 vs Triumph Speed T4: Features
The Speed T4 is pretty much a bare basic motorcycle and is equipped with a semi-digital LCD instrument cluster. It sports an analogue speedometer while the display reads out gear indicator, odometer, tripmeter, tachometer and a fuel gauge. It has no Bluetooth connectivity, smart features or ride modes.
The Mavrick, on the other hand, gets an all-digital LCD rider’s console which can be paired to a mobile phone via Blue Connectivity. With the help of the Hero Motocorp app, one can access features like turn-by-turn navigation, geo-fence, vehicle diagnosis, and location sharing, track your vehicle and access roadside assistance.

The Speed T4 comes only in one variant and is priced at Rs 2.17 lakh, ex-showroom. It comes in three colours — Metallic White, Phantom Black and Cocktail Red Wine. The Mavrick 440 has three variants — Base, Mid and Top. It is available in various colours — Artic White, Celestial Blue, Fearless Red, Phantom Black and Enigma Black.
