Bajaj Pulsar RS200 vs Yamaha R15: Engine Specifications

The 2025 Pulsar RS200 retains the 199.5cc single-spark, 4-valve liquid-cooled engine, producing  24.1 bhp at 9750 rpm and 18.74 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. It is mated with a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch.

Yamaha YZF-R15 V4 is powered by a 155 cc 4-valve liquid-cooled that churns out 18.1 bhp at 10,000 rpm with 14.2 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch.

The new Pulsar RS200 comes with an upgraded digital LCD instrument cluster and a new set of switches inspired by the Pulsar NS400Z. The console features Bluetooth connectivity, enabling smartphone integration for smart functions like turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and gear position indication. It also includes dual-channel ABS as standard and offers multiple ride modes—Road, Rain, and Offroad.

The Yamaha R15 comes with a digital instrument cluster packed with connected features. Riders can receive calls, SMS, and email alerts, along with notifications for phone battery level, real-time fuel consumption, maintenance reminders, and parking location. It also includes dual-channel ABS, traction control, and two ride modes—Track and Street.
