The Volkswagen Jetta is a luxury sedan offered by the German carmaker. It is powered by a 1.4 litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.0 litre turbocharged diesel engine. While the petrol engine is available only with a 6 speed manual transmission, the diesel engine also comes with a 6 speed DSG  dual clutch automatic transmission. The braking on the Volkswagen Jetta is done by disc brakes on all ends. The turning radius is 5.5 metres and the power steering is an electric power steering setup. The Volkswagen Jetta is available with five colour options, Pure White, Reflex Silver, Toffee Brown, Blue Silk and Deep Black.

All variants of the Volkswagen Jetta are offered with body coloured door handles, dual exhaust pipes, integrated turn indicators on ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors) while the higher variants also have fog lamps, bi-xenon headlamps and decorative chrome strips on the sides. Powering the Volkswagen Jetta are two engine options, a 1.4 litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 2.0 litre turbocharged diesel unit. The petrol engine generates 120 hp of power at 5,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque from 1,500 rpm to 4,000 rpm. The diesel motor produces 138 hp of power at 4,200 rpm and 320 Nm of torque between 1,750 rpm and 2,500 rpm. The engines have been tuned for the best balance between performance and fuel efficiency.
