A very neat custom job indeed, carried out by Kohlapur-based Furiors Customs, has led to a Bajaj Pulsar 150 being transformed into a cafe tracker. Nothing from the original styling is left from Pulsar 150, the bike has knobby tyres for dirt riding and lowered handlebar for better control. In the first glance, the knobby tyres will catch your attention. This is more of a cafe tracker – a minimalistic, lightweight, stylish approach to motorcycles from the 50s, which could also off-road. Modified Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi Café Tracker by Furious Customs has a straight seat, dirt tyres and lowered handlebars.

The alloy wheel and disc brake have been retained and the front mudguard has been given a miss for that rugged look. It has been given a round headlamp that adds to the retro appeal. The standard fuel tank has been replaced with a muscular red one. While teh front fork remains the same, the twin gas-charged shock absorbers have been replaced by a monoshock.

Moving one to the rear, there is no mudguard and the rear wheel is fully exposed. It gets a long chrome-plated swingarm and a flat single seat. The stock footpegs have been replaced with racy-looking aluminum units.

Power on this cafe tracker will come from the 149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled Pulsar engine that produces 15 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 12 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The exhaust too has been replaced with a custom, which hopefully makes a better noise.
