With India celebrating its 78th Independence Day, TVS Motor has launched a limited version of iQube Celebration Edition. The bookings opened on August 15th. Here’s all you need to know about this special edition. 

TVS iQube Celebration Edition: Design 

 The new iQube Edition gets a special dual-tone colour option — a black and orange paint scheme. The front apron, front mudguard, headlight console, and side view mirrors it orange in colour. The side body panel is black with black-orange graphics and the same for the rear panel and grab rail. The buttons’ console on both the handlebars is contrasting grey. This new trim sports a special Indian flag above the LED DRLs and Celebration Edition badging.

TVS iQube Celebration Edition: Specs and Prices

The iQube Celebration Edition is available is available in two variants — standard and S. Both the trims get a 3.4 kWh battery pack with 5.9 bhp and 33 Nm of torque. It does 0-40 kmph in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 78 kmph. According to TVS, it offers a range of 100 km in real-world conditions. It charges 0% to 80% in 4 hours and 30 minutes. The standard version is priced at Rs 1.20 lakh while the S is available at Rs 1.29 lakh, both ex-showroom prices. There are only 1000 examples of this Celebration Edition and TVS has announced that the deliveries will begin on August 26. The prices of the limited edition Ntorq are the same as the other variants in the lineup. 

TVS iQube Celebration Edition: Hardware 

 TVS hasn’t introduced any changes mechanically as the iQube remains the same. It offers a 32-litre underwear storage space, a 7-inch digital display, smart features and a 220 mm disc brake in front and a 130 mm drum at the rear. Mechanically, there are no changes. Whether it is the battery, motor capacity, chassis, suspension or brakes; they are all the same.
