Ather Energy has commenced bookings for its upcoming electric scooter, the Apex. Teased multiple times on various social media handles, deliveries for the Ather Apex electric scooter will begin in 2024.
Not many details are known about the Apex, as Ather has kept crucial details a secret, however, going by the teaser, the scooter will be the quickest scooter yet, from the Bangalore-based EV maker.
Going by the available details, the Ather Apex will have four riding modes — Eco, Ride, Sport, and Warp +. The Warp + riding mode could be a tweaked version of the currently offered Warp mode, made for quicker acceleration.
In terms of design, the Apex could feature transparent body panels with a contrasting frame to portray the sportiness of the scooter. Also, going by reports, the Apex could have a top speed of 100kmph, making it the fastest in Ather’s lineup.
Currently, Ather seeks the 450S and the 450Z with two battery pack options, with the flagship 450X carrying an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.38 lakh. Being the new flagship, the Ather Apex could cost Rs 20,000 more than the 450X.
