Mahindra & Mahindra has announced its sales figures for its passenger vehicles for November 2023. The homegrown manufacturer dispatched 39,981 SUVs to dealerships across the country last month. During the same month last year, Mahindra sold 30,238 units which has resulted in YoY growth of 32% in November 2023.
The Chakan-based carmaker retails only SUVs and crossovers now and has removed hatchbacks and sedans from its lineup. The overall passenger vehicle sales figure for Mahindra in November 2023 stood at 40,764 units, including 40,764 units.
Commenting on the company’s sales performance, Veejay Nakra, President, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd. said, “We continue our growth trend, backed by strong demand for our SUV portfolio.” He further added, “While we saw a healthy festive season, we faced supply challenges on select parts during the month. We are keeping a close watch and taking appropriate steps to mitigate the challenges”.

Mahindra sold 43,708 passenger vehicles in October this year. It translated into a 8.5% MoM decline in November. The company has a couple of big launches lined up for the next few months. The first is a facelifted XUV300 and the next is the 5-door iteration of Thar.
