Honda Elevate has been doing steady monthly sales numbers, but in March, it saw a 24% dip year-on-year. The wise people at Honda decided to introduce a special trim, Elevate Apex Summer Edition, to attract buyers. It is available in both manual and CVT (automatic) versions. Here’s everything you need to know about the new edition.

Honda Elevate Apex Summer Edition: Price

The Elevate Apex Summer Edition is available in manual and CVT and costs Rs 12.39 lakh and Rs 13.59 lakh, ex-showroom. Based on the standard V trim, the prices remain identical. The Elevate rivals against the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Skoda Kylaq and Volkswagen Taigun.

Honda Elevate Apex Summer Edition: Features

The Elevate Apex Summer Edition is packed with exclusive premium features. Honda has spruced up the Elevate with dual-tone ivory and black interiors, leatherette door linings, nine ambient lights, special upholstery and cushions. From the outside, the Apex Edition gets a front bumper with a black underbelly with a silver painted faux bash plate, the lower side claddings are all black, and the rear black bumper gets chrome touches. It also comes with a one-of-a-kind Apex Edition badge on the tailgate.

Honda Elevate Apex Summer Edition: Engine Specifications

The Elevate Apex Edition is powered by the 1,498 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with an output of 120 bhp at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm at 4,300 rpm. The manual version is mated to a 6-speed transmission, or there’s a CVT option. According to Honda, the manual returns an efficiency of 15.31 kmpl and 16.92 kmpl for the CVT. There are no changes in the dimensions between the Apex version and the standard one. The Elevate is 4,312 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, 1,650 mm in height, has a wheelbase of 2,650 mm and a boot space of  458 litres.
