Honda launched the fourth-generation Amaze in India on 4 December 2024 at an introductory starting price of Rs Rs 8 lakh and going up to Rs 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). These prices were valid for 45 days post the launch. However, interested buyers of the new Amaze can enjoy the benefits a little longer.
The Japanese carmaker has extended the introductory prices for the compact sedan till 31 January 2024. The Amaze is available in three variants—V, VX, and ZX. Honda Amaze is available in 6 different colours – Platinum White Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Meteoroid Grey Metallic and Radiant Red Metallic.

2025 Honda Amaze: Features
The cabin of the fourth-gen Amaze is equipped with an 8-inch infotainment system supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch TFT driver’s display, a wireless phone charger, a PM 2.5 air-purifying filter, automatic climate control, a 6-speaker audio system, and USB charging ports. Additionally, the new Amaze offers a spacious 416-litre boot capacity.
The new Amaze stands out as the first sedan in its segment to feature a Level 2 ADAS suite, including advanced features such as Lane Keep Assist, Road Departure Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Auto High Beam, and Lead Car Departure Notification. Additionally, it boasts a segment-first Lanewatch camera, along with 6 airbags, Hill Start Assist, Vehicle Stability Assist, a multi-angle rear parking camera with rear parking sensors, ISOFIX anchorages, an anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), and an emergency stop signal for enhanced safety and convenience.
2025 Honda Amaze: Powertrain
Powering the new Amaze is a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated iVtec petrol engine which kicks out 89 bhp and 110 Nm of peak torque. This motor is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission. The latter also comes with paddle shifters. According to Honda, the manual version returns 18.65 kmpl and CVT offers 19.46 kmpl.
