When it comes to limited-edition motorcycles, we can always trust the Italians. Aprilia has launched the RS 660 Trofeo version, priced at approximately Rs 18 lakh. If that looks inviting, there’s bad news also, because Aprilia is making just 28 units and the guess is they’re already sold out.
Aprilia RS 660 Trofeo: What does it get?
The Aprilia RS 660 Trofeo is based on the standard RS 660 but gets a lot of changes. To start with, the clip-ons are set lower, giving the rider more room to tuck in, the front forks are made by Andreani Misano with full adjustability, and the rear monoshock is by Ohlins with preload, compression, and rebound damping adjustments.
The foot pegs are adjustable and the motorcycle has lost weight as well. All this, coupled with an ECU tune has given the motorcycle more power, however, Aprilia has not revealed details on that. Adding to the ECU tune is a full system exhaust by SC Project.
