Royal Enfield has launched the new V4 Explorer riding jacket. Priced at Rs 11,500, the new Explorer V4 is available in three colours – Black, Neon Green and Grey. Enfield claims the new jacket is a significant upgrade from its predecessor– Explorer V3 with a host of enhanced features that redefine the touring jacket experience.
The evolution in design is immediately apparent with the Explorer V4 boasting a more vibrant and colourful aesthetic. On the performance front, the upgrade includes D3O Level 2 protectors at shoulders and elbows, providing superior impact protection. Engineered for all weather conditions, the Explorer V4 is tailored for both novice and professional riders.
The jacket boasts “Ergo Pro Tech” Level 2 back armour and dedicated pockets for chest protectors, ensuring comprehensive coverage for those who push their limits. Crafted with Superflow Mesh, a 450 GSM 100% poly fabric, the jacket offers superior ventilation without compromising durability.
It has been reinforced with Cordura patches at the shoulders and elbows and incorporates reflective elements at the back as well as front that enhances visibility, promoting safer rides in varying light conditions. Interested buyers can purchase the Explorer V4 from the brand’s official website.
Commenting on the launch, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Operating Officer, Royal Enfield, said, “Our commitment to the riders goes beyond just motorcycles; it extends to the very gear that accompanies them on their journeys. We’ve engaged with our riders, studied their needs, and meticulously crafted a piece of riding gear that not only enhances protection but also elevates the overall riding experience.”
The Explorer V4 offers a standalone high-visibility rain jacket made of 8000 mm Nylon for added protection against the elements. The genuine YKK front zippers and TruDry waterproof pocket should bring convenience to play.
