BAIHBV has secured €800 million in debt funding to support KTM’s business continuity, facilitating debt restructuring approved by an Austrian court. This includes settling creditor quotas, revitalizing operations, and boosting working capital. Of this, €200 million has been infused, with the remaining €600 million now being provided. By taking ownership (pending approvals) and reducing debt through timely liquidity, Bajaj Auto strengthens its role in shaping the future of KTM, a globally renowned high-performance motorcycle brand.
