Hero MotoCorp launched the all-new Xpulse 210 at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The company will continue to retail the existing Xpulse 200 4V alongside the new Xpulse 210. While the former will be sold through Hero’s existing showrooms, the latter can be bought from Hero’s Premia chain of dealerships. Deliveries of the new Xpulse will commence February onwards.

Like the old Xpulse, the new Xpulse 210 is available in two variants: Base and Pro. Here’s a look at all the key differences between the new Xpulse 210 and the older Xpulse 200 4V.

The primary distinction between the Hero Xpulse 200 and the Xpulse 210 lies in their engines. The newer model boasts a 210cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine sourced from the Karizma XMR, replacing the older 199cc air-cooled unit. Additionally, the Xpulse 210 features a six-speed transmission, an upgrade from the five-speed gearbox in its predecessor.

The hardware on the Xpulse 210 witnesses some significant upgrades. Although both motorcycles continue to be underpinned the same semi-cradle frame, the suspension on the XPulse 210 offers more travel. Also the seat height on the new Xpulse is slightly taller than the older model.  Lerb weight has been increased by 9 kg. The wheels and brakes size remain unchanged.
