Triumph has launched the updated version of the Scrambler 400X — a motorcycle that has the ‘do it all’ abilities. Be it touring, commuting, or mild off-roading, the Triumph Scrambler 400X takes it all in its stride. Now, with the updated version, Triumph has also marginally increased the price by Rs 758, which now makes the 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X carry a price tag of Rs 2.67 lakh, ex-showroom.

2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X — What are the updates?

In terms of updates, the 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X gets a new colour — Lava Red Satin with black. The shade gives the motorcycle more vibrance, making it stand out compared to the Volcanic Red and Phantom Black shade that has been on sale for so long. This new paint scheme on the Triumph Scrambler 400X replaces the older red shade, while other colour choices remain unchanged.

And speaking of things unchanged, the 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X continues to be powered by the same 398cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 40bhp and 37.5Nm of peak torque with the help of a six-speed gearbox. Triumph offers no quickshifter with the motorcycle.

Other components also remain the same — the motorcycle gets USD forks, a monoshock at the rear, alloy wheels wrapped in dual-purpose tyres, disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, traction control, and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The Triumph Scrambler 400X competes with the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, the KTM 390 Adventure X, and other motorcycles in the category.
