The Hyundai Elite i20 is a premium hatchback by the Koren carmaker that is offered with features such as the touchscreen infotainment unit that supports navigation with steering mounted audio and phone controls. Power in the Elite i20 is courtesy two engine options, a 1.2 litre MPi petrol and a 1.4 litre CRDi diesel engine. Power generated by the 1.2 litre petrol is 81.8 hp at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque, while the 1.4 litre CRDi diesel engine churns out 88.7 hp at 4,000 rpm and 220 Nm from 1,750 rpm to 2,500 rpm. While the diesel engine gets a six-speed manual transmission, the petrol motor comes mated to a five-speed manual unit.

Hyundai Elite i20 Exterior

The Hyundai Elite i20’s design is based on the fluidic sculpture philosophy, which mimics the flow of water. The Hyundai i20 in its 2018 avatar gets style updates, which is evident from the redesigned bumper and headlamp cluster. The fog lamp design is also new. All variants except the top end Asta (O) version in the Hyundai Elite i20 are offered with halogen lamps while the latter trim comes with projector headlamps, cornering lamps and LED DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps). All versions of the Hyundai Elite i20 are offered with body coloured bumpers, while the higher variants also get body coloured ORVMs (Outside Rear View Mirrors).
