Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the updated Shine 100 at a price of Rs 68,767 (ex-showroom, Delhi) which is now available in all Honda dealerships across the country. The 2025 Honda Shine 100 gets cosmetic and mechanical updates over the outgoing model.
Speaking on the launch, Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales and Marketing, HMSI, said, “The Shine 100 has been a strong player in the entry-level motorcycle segment, offering exceptional quality and comfort at an affordable price. With this latest upgrade, we are further enhancing its appeal and ensuring compliance with the latest emission norms while maintaining its renowned fuel efficiency and reliability.”
2025 Honda Shine 100: Updated engine
Powering the Honda Shine 100 motorcycle is a 98.98cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine, which is now OBD2B-compliant to meet the latest emission regulations. This engine delivers 7.28 bhp at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 8.04 Nm at 5000 rpm. It comes paired with a 4-speed gearbox.
2025 Honda Shine 100: Updated styling
The design of the Shine 100 remains largely unchanged and similar to the Shine 125. That said, in its latest iteration, the Shine 100 gets new body graphics to lend the bike a fresh visual appearance. Some of the standout visual highlights include blacked-out alloy wheels, single-piece seat, sleek muffler, aluminium grab rail and front cowl.
The Shine 100 is offered in five colour options namely Black with Red, Black with Blue, Black with Orange, Black with Gray, and Black with Green.The Shine 100 is built on a lightweight yet durable diamond-type frame that sits on telescopic front forks, and twin rear shock absorbers. Braking is handled by conventional drum brakes at both ends aided by CBS (Combined Braking System).
