It was about a year ago we featured a custom-built motorcycle from the house of Neev Motorcycles. It was a Royal Enfield Thunderbird modified to a big cruiser appeal and it was to be honest a bit too much bling. But then cruisers tend to pull it off well. Now, we've come across another one. This time it's a custom build based on a KTM Duke 200 and it looks rather good. And, it stars in a movie too. (Image: Neev Motorcycles/Facebook)

So, the brief given to Neev Motorcycles was to build a bike that looked like it was built by a young college goer – but a smart one. It had to look raw and rough and rugged. And so, Neev gave it an unfinished look with rough metal around. (Image: Neev Motorcycles/Facebook)

It took more than one attempt to settle on the design that you see in the previous pictures and ones that follow. Rushlane writes that the custom house had to build two identical motorcycles in 40 days and so there were mechanical and electrical glitches. (Image: Neev Motorcycles/Facebook)

Not much is known about the modifications made to the 200 Duke but it is likely the stock 199.5cc engine has been kept as is. It has new LED headlamps in a twin casing and the front mudguard has been raised giving an adventure-style beak. After initial issues with the bikes, the Delhi-based custom house got the recognition they deserved and the two did help complete filming of all the stunts and the movie was released in 2019. You'd like it to watch it in action, head over to Amazon Prime Video. (Image: Neev Motorcycles/Facebook)
