MG Motor today announced that it had registered retail sales of 4,648 units in India, ending March 2024. In FY24, the carmaker registered around 14 per cent YoY growth over the last FY23.

MG said, “The moderation in automobile industry growth, particularly passenger vehicle (PV) sales, evidenced in March, on the back of a delayed festive season and various other factors, should see a gradual positive uptick in the months to come.”

However, MG recorded a decline in sales in March 2024 compared to March 2023, when sales stood at 6,051 units, which is a negative growth of 23 percent in March this year.
