Triumph is making full utilisation of the India Bike Week (IBW) 2023. Besides the Stealth Edition models of its modern classic range the iconic British motorcycle brand has upgraded the Tiger range as well. For 2024, Triumph has introduced updated versions of the Tiger GT and Tiger Rally Pro, bookings for which have already commenced.
Deliveries of the new Tiger Rally Pro and Tiger GT will commence from March 2023 onwards. Both models have witnessed some minor visual and feature updates but more importantly have received a tweaked engine in their latest avatar.
Triumph Tiger 900: Styling, feature updates
The 2024 Tiger 900 range gets new bodywork across the beak, cockpit and side panels in an integrated design that gives the motorcycle a more aggressive, and adventure focused stance. In its latest iteration, the Tiger 900 gets a revised front fender, along with new body graphics and colour schemes. Other visual highlights include a long single-piece seat, sleek LED taillights, and an upswept exhaust muffler.

Three striking new paint schemes and graphics are available for each model. The GT is available in Snowdonia White as standard, with two premium paint options, Graphite and Sapphire Black, and Carnival Red and Sapphire Black. The Rally Pro is available in Carbon Black and Sapphire Black, with the option to upgrade to the striking Ash Grey and Intense Orange or Matt Khaki Green and Matt Phantom Black.
Besides the updated styling, Triumph has also added a few more features to the list including a new 7-inch TFT instrument console with updated graphics, an adjustable fly screen, a USB-C charger, bluetooth connectivity, and an illuminated switchgear as standard. The Rally Pro variant gets additional novelties such as Triumph Shift Assist (company’s version of quickshifter), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and heated grips and seats.
Both models are loaded with rider aiding electronics such as, ride-by-wire throttle, cornering ABS and traction control with IMU. Both models get four standard riding modes including Road, Rain, Sport and Off-road while the Rally Pro gets two additional modes namely– Off-road Pro and a rider configurable mode.
Triumph Tiger 900: Hardware specs
Both Tiger models are built on a lightweight modular frame. Suspension duties on Tiger GT are carried out by Marzocchi-sourced 45mm upside down adjustable front forks, and a rear mono-shock unit with manually adjustable preload and rebound damping. The front and rear units offer travel up to 180mm and 170mm, respectively.

On the other hand, Tiger Rally Pro benefits from fully-adjustable Showa setup featuring 45mm upside down front forks and a rear monoshock with travel of 240mm and 230mm, respectively. Anchorage on both bikes is handled by dual 320mm discs with Brembo Stylema 4 piston Monobloc callipers at the front and a 255mm rear disc with a single piston sliding calliper.
Triumph Tiger 900: Engine specs
Powering the 2024 Tiger range is an updated 888cc liquid-cooled, 12-valve, 3-cylinder engine which produces 107 bhp at 9,500 rpm and a peak torque of 90 Nm at 6,850 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a 6-speed gearbox with multi-plate, slip and assist clutch.
Triumph is also offering over 50 accessories for the new Tiger 900 range across 4 packages namely– Performance, Protection, Trekker, and Expedition.
