Earlier in December 2023, Ola Electric announced a series of discounts across its entire e-scooter lineup which was expected to last till February 2024. However, the Bengaluru-based EV startup has extended this offer till 31 March 2024 which involves the S1 Air, S1 X+, and S1 Pro. Details of this offer can be found below.
Starting with the affordable S1 X+, the original marked price of the scooter is Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). However, with a discount of Rs 25,000, it is now available for Rs 84,999. The base Ola S1 X can be had in three configurations – 2kWh (Rs 79,999), 3kWh (Rs 89,999) and 4kWh (Rs 1.10 lakh).
The S1 Air and the S1 Pro currently cost Rs 1.05 lakh and Rs 1.30 lakh which are otherwise priced at Rs 1.20 and Rs 1.47 lakh (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru), respectively. Ola offers the Air and Pro trim get a discount of Rs 15,000 and Rs 17,500, respectively.
Ola S1X new colour options
Besides the discounts, Ola Electric has updated the colour palette of the base Ola S1 X. The Ola S1 X is now available in five dual-tone colours— Funk, Stellar, Red Velocity, Vogue and Midnight— a departure from the single-tone paint schemes offered previously.Â
Apart from the new colour options, there are no changes made in the Ola S1 X range. Powering the S1 X is a 2.7kW motor in all the variants and each is capable of clocking a top speed of 90 kmph.
The S1 Pro, on the other hand, gets a 4 kWh battery with a maximum claimed range of 143 km and a top speed of 120 kmph. The S1 Pro gets four ride modes – Eco, Normal, Sport, and Hyper. In terms of features, it gets ride moods, cruise control, smartphone connectivity, navigation, OTA updates, hill hold, proximity lock/unlock, remote access, speakers, etc.
