The FE Green Sarathi Summit & Awards 2024, will see a confluence of the leading and brightest minds in the environment protection and climate change arena. Brainstorming and swapping insights and ideas will be leading corporates, experts from the field, researchers, academicians and those keen on furthering the cause for a more sustainable planet. There will be sessions dedicated to all the different elements needed to combat the challenges of today- from finances to innovations (both in products and solutions), role of corporates, the evolving standards (both global and local) and the dangers of greenwashing. This, rather uniquely designed summit, with insights from genuine experts from the field, gains weight especially in the backdrop of the recently concluded COP 29 talks at Baku and the challenges galore that developing countries need to deal with.

Judging Process

Round 1 - The process partner will evaluate all the entries in Round 1

Round 2 - The final round will be a Jury meet where the entries will be decided about metals in the respective categories

How to submit an effective entry
  • If applicable, a single work can be entered into multiple categories
  • The work submitted should have been released between March 01, 2023 and August 31, 2024
  • All the entries (other than English or Hindi) must be translated into English for the better understanding of the jury. In the case of video, please use subtitles
  • Please ensure that you submit a high-resolution version of the creative

Here's how you can submit your entry
  • To begin, please register yourself and fill in the required details
  • Once registered, you can start adding entries by selecting the categories
  • Each entry requires you to fill some mandatory fields, but we encourage you to fill up all the available fields to help the jury with better judgment
  • The entries are saved and can be edited later, so it gives you flexibility to work and edit multiple entries
  • Once you have added all your entries, you need to make the required payment
  • Once the payment is made, you CANNOT edit the entries so please make sure you have provided all the information correctly
  • The entry will be considered as submitted only after the required payment has been made
  • Do share creative material to support your entries. If it's a video, it shouldn't be more than 90 secs, and if it's a ppt/pdf then the limit is 2mb, 6-7 slides/pages
  • For YouTube videos, copy paste the YouTube link and for ppt/pdf files, please create a Google drive (in sharing mode) and copy paste link in the Main Creative URL Field

The competition is open to campaigns created, published and promoted between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023.

You can submit as many campaigns/ entries as you like, and there is no restriction on the number of categories.

Yes, the fee is Rs 35,000 (Early Bird Discount) Rs 40,000 (Actual), per entry for all the categories. Tax invoice will be provided post the culmination of the event. In case of any urgent requirement, kindly write an email to the organizing body.

An entry must contain a summary of the campaign.
