- The initiative/project applied in the Awards should have been launched and completely executed in the period January 01, 2022, to December 31, 2024
- The initiative cannot be in a planned or work-in-progress phase. Only completed successful campaigns/ initiatives/technologies/processes developed or launched that have shown significant impact would be considered for the awards
- For the category Pharma Startup of the Year:
1. The organization must be in operation for up to a period of ten years from the date of incorporation/registration.
2. The organization must have an annual turnover not exceeding INR 100 crore for any of the financial years since incorporation/registration, as of March 31, 2024.
3. The organization should have a valid DPIIT Certificate - For the category Pharma Company of the Year - Large: The organization must have an annual turnover exceeding INR 2000 crore as of March 31, 2024 and should have a valid incorporation/ GST certificate
- For the category Pharma Company of the Year - SME: The organization must have an annual turnover between INR 100 crore to 250 crore as of March 31, 2024 and should have valid MSME/ Udyam Certificate
- For the category Pharmacy Chain of the Year: Pharmacy chains must have a minimum of 5 operational outlets across India as of March 31, 2024
- For the category Pharma Researcher of the Year: Individuals must be engaged in pharmaceutical research for a minimum of 7 years including a minimum of 2 years in the current organization and should be affiliated with recognized organizations, such as: Pharmaceutical companies. Research institutions. Academia (universities and colleges). Independent research entities as on March 31, 2024
- For the category Pharma Leader of the Year - Male/ Women Leader of the Year: Individuals must hold leadership positions such as CEO, Managing Director or equivalent with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 1 year in the current organization as on March 31, 2024
- For the category MedTech Innovator of the Year: Individuals must hold leadership positions such as Head of Product Development, Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the MedTech industry, including a minimum of 2 years in the current organization as on March 31, 2024
Who Can Nominate
Companies, organisations, and individuals from the pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare sectors, including large enterprises, SMEs, startups, research centers, and innovators, are eligible to nominate themselves or others across the award categories.
How many campaigns/ entries under different categories can one submit?
You can submit as many campaigns/ entries as you like, and there is no restriction on the number of categories
Is there a fee to submit the entries?
Yes, the fee is Rs 20,000 (Early Bird Discount) Rs 25,000 (Actual), per entry for all the categories. Tax invoice will be provided post the culmination of the event. In case of any urgent requirement, kindly write an email to the organizing body.
In what form should one submit the entries?
An entry must contain a summary of the campaign. The summary should not exceed 500 words.Other than the summary, one needs to fill the mandatory fields of Objective, Creativity & Innovation, Strategy & Execution, RoIe & Results. The sample of the work may vary from category to category. Therefore, it can include printed materials such as white papers or company publications; links to online content such as web pages, websites, videos, AVs, sample Ads, infographics or mobile applications.
