WHO CAN ENTER

The awards are categorised into 33 main segments, and organisations or their representatives can submit nominations, given that approval to submit the entry has been granted by all involved parties. Each entry corresponds to a nomination for an initiative, work, campaign, or individual within a specific award category. Multiple entries can be submitted for one or more initiatives, works, campaigns, or individuals collectively.

JUDGING PROCESS
Round-1

The process partner will determine the qualified entries based on the eligibility criteria

Round-2

All the qualified entries will be sent to an independent jury consisting of industry experts for evaluation. The process partner will tabulate the scores and determine the winners

  • Once you have added all your entries, you need to make the required payment.
  • Once the payment is made, you cannot edit the entries so please make sure you have provided all the information correctly.
  • The entry will be considered as submitted only after the required payment has been made.
  • Do share creative material to support your entries. If it's a video, it shouldn't be more than 90 secs, and if it's a ppt/pdf then the limit is 2 MB 6-7 slides/pages.
  • For YouTube videos, copy paste the YouTube link and for ppt/pdf files, please create a Google drive (in sharing mode) and copy paste link in the main creative url field.

  • The participating organization should have its registered office in India and must have at least 1 complete year of office and business operations in India as on March 31, 2024.

  • The solutions provided in the form must be functional between April 01, 2022, to March 31, 2024 in the Indian market

  • Startup (less than 100 Cr. and incorporation less than 10 years) cannot apply in this category.

  • Jury holds the right to disqualify any application which does not meet the eligibility criteria. Jury’s decisions are final and binding on all Participants and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever

  • Employees of FE, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate in the Awards

  • Participation in the Awards is subject to defined rules and regulations available on website

  • The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Award Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Award Management will not entertain any queries in this regard

  • The organization’s applying for this category should meet the following:

    - The participating organization should have its registered office in India, must not exceed ten years of incorporation and the annual turnover of the organisation must not exceed 100 crores as on March 31, 2024
  • The solutions provided in the form must be functional between April 01, 2022, to March 31, 2024 in the Indian market

  • It is mandatory to attach the DPIIT certificate of your startup

  • Startups which are currently at their ideation/conceptulization/prototype stage cannot apply

  • Jury holds the right to disqualify any application which does not meet the eligibility criteria. Jury’s decisions are final and binding on all Participants and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever

  • Employees of FE, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate in the Awards

  • Participation in the Awards is subject to defined rules and regulations available on website

  • The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Award Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Award Management will not entertain any queries in this regard

  • The participating organization should have its registered office in India and must have at least 1 complete year of office and business operations in India as on March 31, 2024.

  • The campaign must have been held between April 01, 2022, to March 31, 2024 in the Indian market.

  • Campaigns that were initiated before the given timeline but had a major portion of their work completed between April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2024 are eligible to apply and nominate their entries. Impact of the initiative/campaign should be within this defined period and no results after March 31, 2024 will be considered for the jury's evaluation

  • Jury holds the right to disqualify any application which does not meet the eligibility criteria. Jury’s decisions are final and binding on all Participants and cannot be challenged in any manner whatsoever

  • Employees of FE, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate in the Awards

  • Participation in the Awards is subject to defined rules and regulations available on website
