Entry Guidelines
- Any entity participating in the Awards should be an Indian entity with a registered presence in India for minimum of five years as on March 31, 2025.
- Any entity participating in the Awards should be NABH/Internationally (JCI or ISQUA certified) Accredited/any other international accreditation.
- The project/initiative/innovation/service should be completely executed in the Indian operations of the participating entity.
- The project/initiative/innovation/service should have been implemented or in operation in the period April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2025 (or major part of the initiative should fall into the defined period), with impact demonstrated and results showcased by initiative/ project in the period April 01, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
- Hospitals and clinics may apply under either the National or Regional level (North , South , East or West), based on their operational presence:
a. National Level: Participating entity must have operations in at least two regions/zones, with a minimum of five branches across these regions/zones as on March 31, 2025.
b. Regional Level : Participating entity must have at least 1 operating branch in only 1 zone, which may be North, South, East, or West as on March 31 , 2025.
- For Hospital Chain of the Year: Participating entity must have at least 5 operating branches across India as on March 31, 2025.
- Diagnostic Chain of the Year: Participating entity must have at least 5 operating branches across India as on March 31, 2025.
- Pathology Lab of the Year – Chain: Participating entity must have at least 5 operating branches across India as on March 31, 2025.
- The initiative must be undertaken by going beyond the mandatory accreditations/regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Participating entities which are a part of a group of hospitals must apply as an individual unit for all initiatives undertaken for the Awards.

Q. How many entries under different categories can I submit?
You can submit as many campaigns/ entries as you like, and there is no restriction on the number of categories

Q. Is there a fee to submit the entries?
Yes, the fee is Rs 20,000 (Early Bird Discount) Rs 25,000 (Actual), per entry for all the categories. Tax invoice will be provided post the culmination of the event. In case of any urgent requirement, kindly write an email to the organizing body.
Note: GST 18% + (Online Bank Transfer Charges + Transfer GST charges) @5.9% = 23.9%. Foreign Payments only pay via SWIFT Payment Method

Q. In what form should one submit the entries?
An entry must contain a summary of the campaign. The summary should not exceed 500 words.Other than the summary, one needs to fill the mandatory fields of Objective, Creativity & Innovation, Strategy & Execution, RoIe & Results. The sample of the work may vary from category to category. Therefore, it can include printed materials such as white papers or company publications; links to online content such as web pages, websites, videos, AVs, sample Ads, infographics or mobile applications.
