A journalist in Moscow was punched in his face by a man while he was broadcasting live on a popular Russian television channel. The incident took place on Wednesday at Moscow park where the journalist was reporting for NTV channel. The park was bustling with paratroopers who were enjoying the sun as Russia celebrated its annual Airborne Troops Day. News 18 reported the reporter was approached by a bearded man who started spewing curses at him.
Journalist Nikita Razvozzhayev asked the man to stay away but just then he hurled a punch at the reporter following which the broadcast had to be stopped. The victim in the broadcast was praising the paratroopers calling them heroes when he was taken aback by the blow after which he shouted saying ” We’ll take Ukraine.” after punching the reporter for apparently asking him to quieten down he questioned, ‘who are you to talk to me in that way.’ The attacker for sometime continued to swear and scream at him.

The on-lookers watched and were shocked at the sudden incident. The reporter claimed the main was drunk and was arrested afterward. Police officers described him as a known soccer hooligan. Angered by the incident, the social media blamed the paratroopers for the incident.
