Panama Papers case: Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been disqualified by the Supreme Court after finding him guilty. Pakistan Supreme Court has also sent the Panamagate graft case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to anti-corruption court for trial. This was Sharif’s third time as PM, but it too has been cut short, this time due to the corruption probe into his family wealth. It is being reported that a criminal investigation too would be started against the former PM and his family. The decision was announced by the Supreme Court today morning after a delay of over half an hour. It was ordered by the five-member bench judge of the apex court. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Gulzar Ahmad, Justice Ijaz Afzal, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Ijaz-ul-Ahsan were hearing the matter. Earlier, the three member implementation bench of the court had reserved the decision on July 21. Check out how the Twitterati reacted to this massive turmoil in Pakistani politics:
